Using an integrated approach, I provide compassionate relational counselling tailored to your needs. I believe that connection is an important part of what makes counselling work; together, we can build a therapeutic relationship where you can feel safe, supported and understood. I will work collaboratively with you to find ways to grow, to find acceptance, and to develop more self-compassion. I can help you to work through past and present difficulties, gaining new awareness and perspective.
